It works perfectly

I wasn't too happy when I received it because of the few minor dents on the cabinet. I just wanted to make sure it worked properly after installation, in which it has 100%. Not only that but I saved several hundreds of dollars on the purchase price. Plus the shipping was relatively fast. Many thanks to Roz for her supportive communication.

Unit arrives within a week just in time for a large snow storm. Assembled unit and have used 5 times so far this season. Am very pleased either the purchase.

Easy enough for a DIY'er to install. App worked and connected on first try. Works as expected.

Excepcional performance, plus it keeps my garage cooler. Also, the tax credit ($2,000) and my Orlando Utility Company rebate ($500) pays for the water heater. The energy efficiency ($550) per year will easily pay for the installation in 3 years. From installation through daily use, everything has worked exactly as expected, and it has easily met my expectations. The unit provides plenty of hot water for a household without running out, even during high-demand periods. I also appreciate the multiple operating modes, which make it easy to balance efficiency and performance depending on usage. I don�t have any complaints about the product itself. If you purchase this unit, I strongly recommend having it delivered directly to the installation location. It is extremely heavy and not something you�ll want to move yourself. So far so good! Ensure that you have the location for a gravity fed condenser line to the drain. Otherwise, really not very loud at all, just a hum when working, and up to temperature and running fine.

This water heater saves me about 60% vs my old conventional unit. Have not ran out of hot water, and have ran 3 showers, 2 loads of laundry, and a dishwasher full in a few hour span. It really does a great job keeping things hot. Wish the wifi was 6ghz as it doesn't connect to my 2.4ghz router.

Fast delivery

Shipped as stated. Had professionally installed. Digital screen is easy to adjust temperature. Seems to working fine. Very surprised how efficient it is. Actually shown cost below range of comparable electric water heaters. I get a rebate from my electric supplier and can take a deduction from my taxes. Even though up front cost is much higher, between the credit and money back it results in cost comparable to standard water heater yet over time will save big money on utility bill. Good investment in the long run.

I replaced a perfectly working 80 gallon electric water heater with this 50 gallon heat pump water heater once I saw the price. ($569) Once you figure out the app quirks and what seems to be a slow to act water heater you�ll realize it�s an energy saving beast. Leave it in eco mode and let it do its thing. No problems yet but this is only after one month.
