The TOTO Axiom is a touchless, single-hole bathroom faucet from TOTO's EcoPower line: a small turbine inside generates its own power from the water flow, so there is no battery to change and no minimum daily use. The micro-sensor sits under the spout head for reliable hand detection. TELS141#CP is the Axiom spout assembly in polished chrome; TOTO pairs it with the TELC101R-D10E controller (0.18 gallons per cycle, 10-second on-demand) to make the complete TEL141-D10E faucet, and the controller is sold separately.
