was sure happy that amazon was able to get this for me. they are getting hard to find.programs temps for up to 4 changes per day, 7 days a week. never have to dial in a thermostat again.

We always but this thermostat; it’s reliable, intuitive, and nice looking. The price is right, no advertising ‘hype’ and a long term, established company.

I purchased this to control my pellet stove and is a great upgrade from a basic non-programmable thermostat I was using.The one I purchased is programmable for all 7 days of the week, and this is great for flexibility. The connections are standard, and explained well in the manual. The display lights up, which makes it easy if I need to check or set it without turning on the lights. One thing I have noticed about the display, which appears to affect ALL devices in this model is that the display looks like it has dust inside of it, though this could just be a design failure.Mounting it to the wall was easy, however, you do have to detach the thermostat from the wall plate to replace the batteries, which is not something I had to do with my old one. This isn't a big deal, but the thermostat is tightly secured to the wall plate and I worry that I might pull the whole thing off the wall trying to take it off.One thing I dislike about the device is that when programming, I cannot simply choose which days to program, I have to go through each one, which leaves the possibility of accidentally making changes to days other than what I intended, and it also takes a little longer.Minor inconveniences s aside, once you set the program, you should not need to mess with that much anymore, and this thermostat gets the job done.
