Soltura High Arc Pull Down Kitchen Faucet with Soap Dispenser, Single Handle, Swivel Spout, Polished Chrome

I love this faucet - had it installed by a plumber, and have had no problems with it in about a year or more! Would highly recommend. I am trying to find out what volume of soap the dispenser holds so I can measure when it is empty. Can't find anything on the spec sheet, and I keep adding too much and it overflows. Can anyone answer this?

I installed this 5 years ago and everything is in working order. The only problem I had was that the soap dispenser bottle broke off at the threaded part. And I really liked that while it worked. Would I be able to get a replacement for this model? I still have the original receipt.

I purchased this faucet a number of years ago. Didn't install until 2 days ago; needed to pull the sink to remove old faucet. My new Soltura leaks (drip) internally into the cabinet. It appears that the leak is from the handle area or hose connections inside the faucet. It also leaked at the base but I tightened the cartridge (3 screws) and that leak stopped. I could not see how the hoses were connected up, inside the yoke of the faucet. It leaks when we use the faucet; so the issue may be inside the faucet.... Please help...

I installed this faucet about 3 years ago and it remains as functional as the day I put it in. The only issue I had was just recently the water flow began to slow. I contacted customer service. They suggest I remove the head of the faucet and soak it in vinegar to remove any deposits. In the mean time they sent me a new faucet head free of charge. The soaking worked and I have save the old one as a back-up. Additionally this was all easily handled through email. I couldn't ask for any better service.

Got this faucet on sale at Lowes. Easy enough to install and works great. My only complaint is the stop button on the head gets stuck and it's a struggle to get out.

We purchased it over a year ago and we are pretty happy with it. We did have an issue where the handle was leaking so bad we could not use it , but A.S. came through with the cartridge and collar we needed and we were able to replace it ourselves. We are very happy that it has been working fine since then.

We installed this faucet and installed a little over 3 months ago. We have had no problems with it and looks good in the kitchen. Now we need to up grade the hole kitchen.

The long neck allows me to get big pots into the sink easily. The spray is forceful enough to knock off food from items before putting in the dishwasher. We had a problem with the installation because the hose was clogged with some kind of black substance. Once we flushed it out, it has been great.

I bought this a few months ago. So far no issues. Love the extension of the faucet it help to wash the bigger dishes when you have a divided sink. The price is very reasonable. Highly recommend it.

Installed this in April and it has worked perfectly since. It has a powerful spray mode that takes a little getting used to.

I replaced a popular upmarket brand faucet with this one 6 months ago. Installation was a snap, and the quality is better than the more expensive brand. It has functioned without any problems since, and looks appropriate in our upscale kitchen. Would definitely buy again.

I really have enjoyed the Soltura 1 Handle Pull Down High Arc Kitchen Faucet. It is high enough to get tall pots under to clean. The one handle is really convenient for having hands full or dirty to turn on the water and adjust temperature. I wish the pull down sprayer had a little longer hose and the soap dispenser, dispensed more soap.

Didn't think we would like this faucet but turned out we LOVE it!! Only thing I wish you would change is the soap dispenser so that it would work with the foam soap =-)

I'm very satisfied with the product, very useful, making cleaning work easier. Just one thing I don't like and I'm not sure if it's normal or not and it's the fact that when I turn off the water the shower head goes down a bit and I have to put it back in its place. I think it must have like some magnet to correct that does not go down. Otherwise everything is excellent, looks great in the kitchen and is very easy to install. Thank you.

Price and features are great. Don't like calling for parts. Should be able to get parts where you purchase it. Usually wears out during holiday or weekend when it takes longer to order part.
