American Standard Bedminster™ 2-Handle 4" Centerset Bathroom Faucet with Pop-Up Drain, Brushed Nickel (7508201.295)

I bought this faucet 10 weeks ago and installed it in my basement bathroom during a remodeling project. Its the beauty focal point bathroom makeover. The polished chrome finish is easy to keep clean and shiny. Unlike other faucets, the balance between hot and cold water volume is uniform (same stream size) and the handled to turn the water on and off work very smoothly.

I installed this faucet in chrome finish in my bathroom. It is utilitarian and ok for the cost. The little red and blue plastic dots which indicate faucet temperature fell off pretty quickly leaving holes in the sides of the faucet. These little things seem like an unnecessary design feature. Maybe it would be better to leave them off this design if they can't be attached in a secure way.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I just found time to install this into my guest bathroom. It looks great there because I have a smaller sink there. Using it on a larger sink I believe it may be to small and not high enough. For my purposes, it works great.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am very happy with this faucet. It was easy to install and excellent performance. I am happy with the water flow, ease of cleaning, and sharp looks. I also like the height of the spout; not too high, not too low.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Bedminster faucet is low profile on the sink and modern in appearance. Handle operation is smooth. I tend to like more vintage fixtures, but selected Bedminster because I the elegance of the lines in this fixture.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a pretty good looking faucet. It works great for our hall bathroom and the style is great. I was able to install it mostly myself but a bit of help on the pop up assembly because I couldn't tighten it myself. Otherwise it went pretty smoothly.
I was actually kind of surprised that a faucet could be that easy to install. You do need some elbow grease to tighten some things, but I had my husband help with that. Removing the old faucet took longer than installing the new one.
I really like the way the faucet looks and it seems like it will easy to keep clean too.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I installed two Bedminster faucets in a double sink that's shared bathroom to my kids' rooms. I replaced two 20-yr old Moen faucets Getting the old fixtures off was tough, but once everything was clear, the new faucets and pop-ups were installed in under 30 minutes each. The faucets work flawlessly, the valve is smooth and the handles are sturdy and well-designed. From a design perspective it is very basic but with elegant lines, so even though this is a budget faucet, it really looks great. I actually like the design of the two-handle Bedminster more so than the one-handle. Very happy, once again, with my American Standard product!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Chrome finish appears to be durable. Aerator included. Packaging ensures no damage to your faucet set and no missing parts. A very important feature. Nuts to secure faucet to sink are hand twist on type thus saving some tool work and aides in ease of installation.

The assembly instructions were very easy to follow; making Installation easy and fast.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Received this faucet in exchange for a review. Luckily we were redoing a bathroom and I could use it right away.

Overall easy to install, and a good kit. Not a single cast body, the seams between the front panel and the underside of the spout are pretty visible.

Handles are smooth and work well. Water flow and pressure is good.

My only big criticism is attaching lever for the pop-up on the tailpipe (drain pipe). When spun off the cap to install it a rubber washer and a nylon washer fell out. Took a little guesswork to get it put back together right as it wasn't clearly documented in the manual. Not a huge deal tho.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This faucet has a very nice finish which looks elegant on my sink. It is a water saver but water flow through it is adequate making it useful but also giving savings on the water bill. I really like the solid handles because they are cleaner looking.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is replacing an old one handle faucet. This faucet was easy to install and looks beautiful. I prefer a two handle faucet. The only problem with the installation was that the new drain needed a different part to connect to the old drain.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This dual-handle faucet functions beautifully. I actually prefer single-handle Bedminster, (replacing a faucet), but was pleasantly surprised to see how easy this is to clean. Plenty of "space" beneath where the handles rotate to wipe the lovely chrome surface clean! Love that its finish is tarnish, scratch and corrosion resistant. The EPA-approved water-saving feature should help our water bill. Both handles are of solid construction (metal, not plastic) and operate smoothly, having the feel of a more expensive faucet. Ceramic valve cartridges should ensure drip-free operation for life! Installation was trouble-free, once I got used to the dual-language instructions. Extremely pleased with its attractive design and the chrome finish accents our dark counters beautifully!
