An A/C wiring whip (sometimes called a power whip or condenser whip) is a pre‑assembled electrical connector assembly used to link the air conditioning condenser (outdoor unit) to the electrical disconnect box or junction. It comprises flexible conduit (in this case ¾‑inch diameter, 4 ft long) that houses three insulated THHN conductors (phase, neutral, ground) and includes liquid‑tight fittings on each end (e.g. straight or 90° connectors) for secure, sealed connections. It protects the wiring from environmental damage (moisture, UV, abrasion) and simplifies field wiring.
